Construct l concrete curbing around four fuel off-loading headers to provide secondary containment, construct concrete paved road to increase tank truck receipt capabilities and all other work as required. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm fixed construction contract with 120 calendar day performance time. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Any amendments will be faxed or mailed on a diskette to all contractors on the Bidders Mailing List.
