The revised date is February 12, 1998, for the release of the solicitation with proposals due on or about March 18, 1998. This modification also revises instructions for ease of accessing the IRS rocurement Bulletin Board System (BBS). You may attain information as follows: 1. To access the BBS, dial (202) 799-0943. 2. To gain access, set your system at the following defaults: 9600 Baud, No Parity, 8 databits, 1 stop bit. 3. The system will prompt you for your name, business name and address, the kind of system you are using, user ID, and a password of your choice. 4. At the Main Systems Menu, Type "L" then press (ENTER). 5. Type "S" to select a library then press (ENTER). 6. Type "SB O" and (ENTER) to view a list of files in the SBPO library. 8. To download a file enter D (filename) (ZMODEM) then press (ENTER). Note: The ICS Maintenance RFP filenamewill be ICSTWO.EXE. 9. To exit the BBS and/or any menu, type "X".
