EXPANSION OF CCA AND CCTV The Department of Health and Human Services/Office of the Secretary/Office of Facilities Services plans to issue an Request for Proposal (RFP) in February, 1998, for a Task Order type contract for the expansion and additional installation of the Computer Controlled Access System (CCA), including Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) equipment, and other security equipment with related programming for various entrances/exits and other access control points for the Hubert H. Humphrey Building. Prior to issuing this RFP the government is using this notice to announce a 10:00 AM site visit to be conducted on January 15, 1998, at the Humphrey Building located at 200 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20201. The site visit is to allow the potential task locations to be viewed and to establish a list of interested firms. ONLY FIRMS ATTENDING THIS SITE VISIT WILL BE SENT THE RFP WHEN IT BECOMES AVAILABLE. Company representatives attending the site visit shall convene at the guard desk at the Independence Avenue entrance to the Humphrey Building.
