The Department of Energy (DOE), Albuquerque Operations Office (AL), is seeking sources capable of providing technical and management services to AL, the Amarillo Area Office, and the Los Alamos Area Office in the areas of environmental and waste management, and other technical areas such as fire protection, occupational safety, industrial hygiene, health protection, quality assurance and construction program support as it pertains to the AL Nuclear Weapons Complex. Prospective offerors must be able to demonstrate extensive experience comparable to that determined necessary to provide: (1) expert support in the technical analysis of environmental planning and evaluation of radioactive, hazardous, mixed, medical and sanitary waste management; and (2) expert support in the administration of DOE programs in such areas as health, safety, construction and quality assurance. The Technical Proposal Information provided by prospective Contractors in response to the RFP will be evaluated by a selection panel in areas such as: (1) personnel qualifications; (2) experience; and (3) past performance. Cost Proposal Information will be evaluated in order to assess the (1) evaluated probable cost to the government, (2) reasonableness of the proposed cost, (3) adequacy of the offeror's accounting system for estimating, recording and reporting costs for CPFF contract, and (4) offeror's financial capability to perform the contract. Specific work will be assigned by the issuance of task orders covering the services specified in the Statement of Work. This procurement is 100% set aside for competition under the 8(a) Set Aside Program. The SIC Code is 8711 and the size standard is $20,000,000 annual receipts.
