Johnson, Contract Specialist, (817) 782-4126 The Federal Medical Center-Carswell, intends to make a single award for the lease of ADP hardware and software to function as a laboratory information system. The contractor shall provide on a leased basis all hardware and software necessary to support and maintain a fully functioning information system. The contractor shall be required to provide all equipment maintenance, service, and system upgrades as required. The contract performance period shall extend from the date of award, approximately February 1, 1998, through one year. This procurement will be solicited as Request for Quotation utilizing simplified acquisition procedures.
