The focus of the contract is to develop and conduct a model program which targets at-risk inner city youth in Charleston, SC who have been expelled from their prospective school system and must seek an alternative approach to meet their educational needs. The program shall be developed for a 12-month cycle and its' primary goal shall be to mainstream youth back into the Charleston public school system. Closing date is January 2,1998.
