This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 1425-98-SQ-30-00011 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 97-01. This solicitation is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Small Business-Small Purchase Set-Aside (100%). Standard Industrial Classification is 3081 and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The Bureau of Reclamation has a firm fixed price requirement for the following item: 1. Plastic Cover, 20 mil Fish Grade PVC, size 36'x160' panels, overall length needed is 1,120 feet, any width range from 36' to 38' is acceptable. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor,and transportation necessary to deliver the items to the Lewis Drain Construction site on Rutherford Road and Highway 111. Rutherford Road is approximately 8 miles north of the City of Brawley, California, (Imperial Valley) on Highway 111. The construction site is on the Lewis Drain, located on the south side of Rutherford Road and the east side of Lewis Drain. The item should be delivered the week of January 19, 1998.
