Work includes but is not limited to: cleaning and painting the exterior of four (4) elevated diesel storage tanks and their associated support structures, rails, stairs, walkways and meters; cleaning and painting a 5' x 15' prefabricated electrical building, a diesel issuing pump canopy and a 1000 gallon reclaimed fuel tank. The project also involves repair of joints and cracks in the concrete retaining dike underneath the four diesel tanks and replacement of the incoming diesel flow meter located next to the tanks. Contractor will be required to perform a limited API 653 inspection on the two JP-8 above ground storage tanks. The period of performance is 90 calendar days to include material approval/acquisition, transportation and installation. The contract will be firm fixed price.
