Work consists of replacement/installation of fiberglass strip shingles, aluminum roofing, zinc coated or prepainted corrugated or standing seam sheet metal roofing, transite roofing, fiberglass roofing, asphalt and gravel built up roofing, installation of built up roofing, roof coating aluminum pigmented asphalt, roof insulation, sheet metal flashing, sheet metal gutters and downspouts, pitch pans, roof drains, metal splash pans, concreted splash blocks, structural lumber, roof sheathing, metal roof purlins, roof ventilators, touch up painting, and lead abatement and asbestos abatement work. This is a competitive 8(a) acquisition. Competition will be limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the SBA Honolulu District Office which have a approved SIC Code of 1761 only.
