The project consists of, but is not limited to, renovating building 2998 at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, to include new walls, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, fire alarm system, roofing, exterior finishes, removal and disposal of asbestos containing material, and constructing an addition including new exterior and interior walls, finishes, and electrical, mechanical, and fire alarm systems. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The contract performance period is 360 calendar days. The project magnitude is between $1 million and $5 million.
