M -- OPERATION OF GOVERNMENT OWNED-FACILITIES TO AWARD A CONCESSIONS PERMIT Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession permit authorizing guided interpretive saddle horse rides for the public at Theodore Roosevelt National Park, for a period of approximately five (5) years from May 1, 1998, through December 31, 2002. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Theodore Roosevelt National Park, P. O. Box 7, Medora, North Dakota 58645-0007, (phone: 701-623-4466) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposal must be received by the Superintendent not later than 4:30 p.m. MST on March 2, 1998, to be considered and evaluated.
