Department of Housing and Urban Development is issuing a solicitation for the Real Estate Owned (REO) Management and Marketing services. This solicitation is open to all interested parties and is NOT set-aisde for small businesses. The services will be a blanket contract for management and marketing of HUD REO properties located in the Santa Ana Home Ownership Center (HOC) jurisdiction (Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Although performance in all of the above states will not be required at the time of contract award, the offeror must have the capability to perform in all of the states as they are assigned. Offerors must have the necessary financial, office and staffing resources to perform the services for all of the above states.
