The Government of the District of Columbia, Department of Health, Agency for HIV/AIDS, through the ADP Acquisitions Branch/DAM/AOS, Program Support Center, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) to acquire administrative support services to the HIV Prevention Community Planning Committee and the HIV Prevention Community Groups. The HIV Prevention Services Division, Department of Health, assumed lead responsibility for developing the District's response to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's requirement, for recipients of Cooperative Agreements, for HIV Prevention projects to implement HIV prevention community planning. The HIV Prevention Committee shall identify service needs, as well as gaps in services, formulate strategies for improving services, and maintain a comprehensive HIV prevention and education plan for the District of Columbia. The Contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, materials, supplies, and office space for the HIV prevention planning process, on an as-needed basis. The anticipated release date for the RFQ is approximately 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
