The Atlantic Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to acquire the following services: Phase I of the work addresses Section 312 (Tier I and Tier II updates). NAVSTA Roosy Roads' Public Works Office is responsible for the implementation of Section 312 requirements and will be the point of contact for Phase I and Phase II of this scope of work. The CONTRACTOR shall conduct at least a five-day site visit to collect any updated information necessary to complete the Tier I and Tier II forms, as applicable for NAVSTA Roosy Roads covering calendar year 1997. Phase II of the work addresses Section 313 (Form R updates). The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for compiling the data and information necessary to meet the regulatory requirements of the Emergency Planning Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), taking into account the applicable exemptions outlined in referenced documents. Task due dates are: Tier I & Tier II -2/23/98; Form R -- 5/15/98; Memo 6/15/98. Specifications will be available on or about 7 January 1998.
