Lewis, CONTRACTING OFFICER The work consists essentially of analyzing samples provided by the Government which originate from streams, lakes, surface waters, sediments, soils, sludges and facilities located within the confines of the Huntington District. Approximate time of performance will be for a base year with four additional one year option periods. All responsible proposals will be evaluated utilizing the following factors: (a) Capability to complete the work within a required time frame; (b) Specialized experience in the work required; and (c) Volume of work previously awarded by the Department of Defense. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and is within the technical/price competitive range. The proposed procurement is a 100% small business set aside. (0350)
