materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to
inventory, breakdown, store (in contractor provided storage trailers),
and reinstall (to include all electrical work) systems furniture on
the 1st, 2nd, 3rd floors of Bldg 1305. The inventory, breakdown and
storage will take place within approximately 10 days of contract award
for the 1st and 2nd floors. The inventory, breakdown and storage for
the 3rd floor will take place approximately the 1st week of April.
Contractor will be required to provide design/floor plans and inventory
of all components prior to start date. Re-installation of systems
furniture is projected to begin on or about 1 Jul 98. A site visit will
be help on 19DEC97 at 11:00 AM local time. All interested parties shall
meet at building 1520, 2nd floor. Solicitation package will be handed
out at the site visit. Packages will not be mailed unless requested in
