Grubbe (540) 983-1049 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and qualified supervision to execute exterior painting of Building Number 2 at the VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia. Work includes removal of loose and peeling paint from the exterior only of Building Number 2 by scraping or wire brushing. Paint all woodwork on building including cornice, pickets, railings, columns, soffits, and dental trim. Replace any rotten wood with new wood up to 100 board linear feet. Paint any new or unpainted wood with primer coat and a finish coat. All other painted wood will receive one finish coat of paint. The performance period shall be 120 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. The construction estimate is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is unrestricted.
