Sources interested in acquiring land, building and managing a housing complex in Los Alamos, NM, and supplying housing to LANL personnel and others should submit, in writing, information demonstrating their experience and qualifications to provide the desired requirements. This is not a solicitation for proposals. Respondents will not be notified of the results of evaluation of information submitted, but sources deemed by LANL to be fully qualified will be considered when an RFQ is issued. The Laboratory will not initiate a purchase or award a subcontract on the basis of this request for information. The Laboratory will not pay for information solicited.
