ALL UNMARKED PINE AND HARDWOOD TREES 2 INCHES DBH AND LARGER MUST BE CUT. Unmerchantable stems may be left at the area. There are approximately 2,560 pine sawtimber trees containing an estimated 518,188 board feet International Scale or 340,122 board feet Doyle Scale, and 2,313 pine pulpwood trees containing an estimated 85.9 cords. The sale also includes the following estimated hardwood volumes International Scale: oak sawtimber 52,448 board feet, sweetgum sawtimber 9,384 board feet, other hardwood sawtimber 8,232 board feet, oak pulpwood 97.3 cords, sweetgum pulpwood 82.8 cords and other hardwood pulpwood 74.4 cords. Log scale based on Form Class 80. Cutting to begin no later than 180 days after award with 365 days to complete removal after contract is awarded. Timber harvesting will not be allowed during the 15-day annual gun deer hunting season for Barksdale Air Force Base.
