The proposed contract will require the selected firm to prepare technical specifications, sketches and cost estimates for maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction work at various locations at the Naval Academy Complex, Annapolis, MD. Any contract awarded as a result of this announcement, will not exceed $100,000.00 or one year in duration. This procurement is set-aside for "emerging small business" in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. An "emerging small business" is one whose average annual receipts over the past three years is less than $1.25 million dollars. This is not a request for proposal.
