It is the Government's intent to acquire on a sole source basis from the SIRSI Corp, the following: Software Maintenance for the Redstone Scientific Information Center's (RSIC) Scientific and Technical Information Library Automation System Software (STILAS). Services must be compatible with the existing RSIC/STILAS hardware/software systems, maintaining functional capabilities now available such as: STILAS Collection Management Systems, Unix operating systems, and MS-DOS operating systems. The contractor must provide on-site and/or user hotline telephone support of all maintained software within 2 business hours, and provide updated versions of user manuals and publications for all software as changes are implemented. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All requests must be in writing. (0346)
