All work shall be done in strict accordance with the contract plans and specifications. Work includes but is not limited to removal, and installation of a new air distribution system, air handling units, return duct, duct detectors, automatic digitial controllers and instrumentation. Work also includes, but is not limited to installation of a new chilled water secondary hydronic booster pump, including corresponding valves and manifold piping connections and extensions all in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The estimated magnitude for this project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Performance time is 290 calendar days after issuance of the notice to proceed. A nonrefundable fee of $62.00 payable to the United States Department of Treasury is required for each solicitation package requested. No personal or company checks will be accepted.
