Engineering Command, Norfolk, Virginia intends to obtain ADR (European
Agreement Concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by
Road) training from a source possessing comprehensive knowledge of the
regulations for the transport of hazardous goods on public roads in
European countries. The contractor must be located in Europe or have a
European office; must speak fluent English and must be able to provide
the training in fluent English. The contractor will provide all
training materials to facilitate the classes. This is a Firm Fixed
Price, Lump Sum procurement. Send requests for specifications by mail
