Sources Sought: The Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) and Intelligence & Information Warfare Directorate at Fort Monmouth are seeking sources and product information for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) programming tools. Candidate software tools should be capable of creating DSP Projects that are implemented in HDL, and loaded to the target FPGA. Sources are also sought for software tools capable of implementing MATLAB based DSP algorithms to the target FPGA. This is a market survey requesting information only. If there is any resultant solicitation, it will be publicized in accordance with FAR Part 5. This survey is also issued IAW the requirements of FAR Part 10 to determine the applicability of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
