Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation
required to rebuild the Sandusky Bay Exit Channel Range Lights, Erie
County, Ohio in accordance with the plans and specifications. Work
shall encompass the site preparation, steel fabrication and
installation of the new range structures and the demolition and removal
of the dilapidated existing range structures. Work required to
construct the new range light structures will entail fabrication of the
steel ice protection cones and range towers, including landing
platforms, handrails and appurtenances; surveying services necessary to
locate the range lights; installation of steel sheet piling to form the
cell foundation; driving of interior bearing piles; dredging and
placement of stone fill within the cell; installation of the ice cone;
filling the cone/cell with concrete to form a monolithic mass; and the
installation of the navigational towers, handrails and all items
necessary for a complete project. Performance period is 240 days after
Notice to Proceed. Estimated range is $500,000,00 to $1,000,000.00.
The SIC Code for this procurement is 1629. Size standard is $17.0

prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available under the
DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to
provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
