Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to rehab the exterior of the duplex and equipment building and make repairs at the Commanding Officer's Quarters and duplex at Station Tillamook Bay Housing. The work includes but is not limited to the following: (A) Repaint the exterior of the duplex and equipment building. (B) Replace the sectional overhead doors on the equipment building. Remove existing asbestos containing pipe insulation and re-insulate pipe in one duplex bathroom. (D) Repair deteriorated components of wood balcony at duplex. (E) Replace deteriorated flashing on the duplex cupola deck, duplex windows, and the Commanding Officer's Quarters chimney. Estimated range is $25,000 to $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration program and is open to large and small businesses participation. Anticipate bidissue date is 24 December 1997.
