S -- - NOTICE OF INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT WITH CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE LOGISTICS/TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR HAWAIIAN ISLANDS HUMPBACK WHALE NMS, KIHEI, HI. Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with contractor to provide logistics/travel arrangements for the Hawaiian Islands Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary in Kihei, Hawaii. Term of contract will be for a one-year period (12/97 -- 12/98), place of performance is Honolulu, Hawaii. NOAA has identified a source capable of providing travel and logistics service including coordinating meetings, assisting in writing of meeting minutes and annual reports, and providing travel vouchers and reimbursements.
