Vaughn, 618-229-9608 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) is purchasing maintenance for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Eastern Region. Anticipated contract life is base one-year with four one-year options. This maintenance agreement is for 21 FAA locations with a possibility of adding additional locations throughout the contract period. Locations include but are not limited to the following: Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington DC. The telephone systems that need to be maintained are 8x24 Norstar, 24x48 Norstar, 6x16 Norstar, 8x24 Merlin, 8x24 Meridian, and associated equipment and wiring. The maintenance coverage is 24 hours, 7 days a week and the contractor must provide a toll free telephone number for trouble calls. This solicitation will close 15 days after publication.
