DPSC NAME CHANGE On January 13, 1998 the Defense Personnel Support Center (DPSC) will be renamed the Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP). Although the name will be changed, DSCP will still be responsible for meeting the quality, performance, and time-to-market requirements for food, clothing, textiles, medicines and other medical supplies that America's warfighters, and our other non-Defense Department customers both need and deserve.
