Herting The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking a contractor to perform analyses of US chemical companies. The services may include: (1) financial and competitive analysis of individual companies (2) analysis and forecasts for the industry (3) development of a macroeconomic and individual company financial forecasts from a creditor s perspective under varying financial scenarios (4) valuations of chemical assets on a going-concern basis as well as in a distress or liquidation scenario. The period of performance for the base year shall be from the effective date of award to on or before September 30, 1998, with two one year options for renewal.
