Husbanding Agent/Port Services to support U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard ships and vessels throughout non navy ports of the Pacific Northwest. Types of services include, but are not limited to, the following: arrangements for CHT (sewage) removal; trash removal; water taxi service; arrangements for providing bus/shuttle service; interpreter service; currency exchange service; tug service; pilot service; line-handler service; arrangements with vendors for delivery of provisions to include, but not limited to, fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, and bakery products; arrangements for cellular phone service and equipment and/or ship to shore portable radios; providing assistance in protocol requirements; arranging custom brokerage service; cargo literage; drayage; crane and forklift service; and various other port services as required. The period of performance will be a base year and two one year option periods, with performance estimated to begin on or about 01 April 1998.
