All material, tooling, test equipment, and facilities required to accomplish repair/overhaul will be contractor furnished. Form, Fit, and Function: The F-15 Right and Left Hand Airframe Mounted Accessory Drive (AMAD) Gearbox are major assemblies of the Jet Fuel Starter/Airframe Mounted Accessory Drive System. The RH and LH AMAD Housings are constructed primarily of magnesium with steel inserts lining the bearing bores. Dimensions are approximately 16.25"L x 14.75"W x ll.25"H. Weighs approx 60 pounds. Each AMAD provides accessory drive pad and power control hydraulic pump drive pad. Required delivery is 10 each of each model per month beginning 60 days after receipt of order and reparables. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained as described in the solicitation.
