J -- AUTOMATIC DOOR OPERATOR EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE SOL IFB 646-11-98 DUE 122997 POC Marian Ropelewski, (412)365-5455 The Government has a requipment for annual maintenance contract for automatic doors (Gyro Tech, Horton, Besam and Stanley brands) throughout the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System at the University Drive, Highland Drive and Aspinwall locations in Pittsburgh, PA. Contract will include preventive maintenance, repair, and quarterly inspections of all automatic door operator equipment for a period of eight (8) months, January 1, 1998 through September 30, 1998 with Government Option to Renew for two years. Contractor must be a qualified automatic door contractor who performs maintenance on electrically operated automatic doors on a full-time basis. Monthly maintenance prices shall include all repairs, including parts, equipment, labor and travel necessary to keep the automatic doors in first class operating condition.
