The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision for the rehabilitation of the Parking Lot at the Naval Reserve Center, Cheyenne, Wyoming. 2. The rehabilitation consists of the removal and replacement of the bituminous surface and subgrades at the parking lot. 3. Regarding the parking lot, replacement of curbs and gutters, filling the existing truck ramp and all incidental work are included. 4. This solicit- ation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. 5. Estimated construction cost range is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. 6.
