NASA/DFRC plans to issue a Request for Offer(RFO)for maintehance on and flight line operation of DFRC support aircraft such as C-12, F-18, and T34C; and non-destructive inspection (NDI) laboratory technician support. NASA/DFRC intends to purchase the items from Lockheed Martin Logistics Management (LMLM), 107 Frederick Street, Greenville, SC 29067 under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(d)(1) for unacceptable delays. This will be a continuation of ongoing services for a period of two years (one-year Basic and on-year Option) to allow time for processing the sonsolidation and award of a larger five year effort under full and open competition.
