Correct water drainage problem at the Building 7/8 connecting corridor; re-grade/rebuild equipment access road under elevated pedestrian walkway; improvements to domestic water system to include a second water source connection to the city utility; removal of existing hydrostatic water towers or conversion to a flow-through type; enclosure of two existing open staircases; addition of a two-story exterior metal stairway and extend existing metal stairway; installation of a metal walkway to connect two mezzanine areas in Building 13; and install a metal stair access to the roof of Building 13 from the mezzanine area. Construction estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000.
