This proposed procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, SIC
8742, $5.0 million. Estimated cost of services is between $10,000,000
and $25,000,000 for base plus four option years. The United States Army
anticipates awarding a firm fixed price indefinite delivery type
contract to provide real property engineering, planning, analysis and
real property maintenance activities support to the U.S. Army Center
for Public Works (USACPW). The services include design, development,
maintenance and operation of automated systems in support of the need
for accurate real property inventories, maintenance activities
tracking, from force reduction and base realignment and closure 9BRAC)
actions has led to the need for an intensive effort to address many
issues relating to our current real property practices and policies,
Technical services will be used to determine the most efficient way to
integrate real property information management systems, enhance the
ability of the Planning and Real Property Division to interact with
other organizations, and better support the installation management
community as a whole. The objective of this contract is to provide
expertise to the Planning and Real Property Division to conduct
technical studies and perform technical analyses as required to support
on-going engineering management and planning activities. USACPW
provides expertise and services to the U.S. Army and other DOD and
government activities. In order to comply with Debt Collection
