Contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide grounds maintenance services to include but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, raking, policing incidental to mowing; shrub, tree and ground cover maintenance; weed control; seeding, sodding, aeration and fertilization; bush hogging; erosion control; and playground equipment maintenance. Contractors may bid on one site, several sites, or all (multiple awards will be made).
