Hartford, CT on a sole source basis for the manufacture and delivery of 300 each M4 Carbine Improved Buttstock Assemblies. The improved buttstock shall include a prototype design, fabrication and manufacture to provide better ergonomic characteristics that improve the firer's ability to interface with the weapon in an operational environment. Sole source is based on duplication of costs and unacceptable delay in delivery if this requirement were competed. (0330)
