Engineering Support in the design and testing of Conventional Warheads ranging from preliminary concept evaluation to the analysis of test data. Specific tasks will include: Concept generation and evaluation, hydrodynamic code modeling of the preliminary designs, testing, and analysis of test data. Minimum requirements for performance of this effort will include: a test range of at least 500 meters capable of dynamic testing of launched munitions including but not limited to the Shoulder-Launched Multipurpose Assault Weapon (SMAW), the Short Range Antitank Weapon (SRAW), the Multi-Purpose Individual Munition (MPIM), and the Dragon; on-site sled track capability; and a minimum facility clearance of Secret. Delivery will be to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, Virginia 22448-5100. Anticipated period of performance is 60 months. The SIC Code for this effort is 8711.
