NASA/JSC intends to purchase the items from Oceaneering Space Systems. Oceaneering has the current contract for EVA tools for ISS and their continued support is necessary to provide orderly transition to the newly selected contracts for this work. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 26. Firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP.
