MODIFICATION OF FY97 BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT, DAAL01-97-R-ARL. In accordance with FAR Part 15 Rewrite, dated September 1997, the Proposal, Preparation and Submission portion of the FY97 Broad Agency Announcement (http://w3.arl.mil/baa) has been revised. The new rule has elminated the need of submission of Standard Form 1411, Contract Pricing Proposal Cover Sheet, and Standard Form 1448, Proposal Cover Sheet. The SF1411 was used when cost or pricing data was required and the SF1448 accompained proposals that contained information other than cost or pricing data. Both forms have been deleted and the information they contained may be submitted in plain paper format in accordance with FAR 15.403-5. All responsible sources may submit a bid or proposal which will be considered by the Agency. No telephone requests will be honored. (0328)
