This project is a Small Business Set-Aside. This project is Subject to Availability of Funds (SAF). This project is available on compact disk only. Both sets of software are available on the compact disk. System requirements are: 386- or 486-based personal computer (486 recommended), Microsoft Windows 3.1 or greater, 4MB application RAM, 4MB hard disk space, and compact disk drive.
