Furnish all labor, materials, equipment to remove two (2) 200 ton
factory-fabricated cooling towers and concrete foundations. Provide two
(2) new 250 ton factory-fabricated cooling towers, new concrete
foundations, 790 gpm end suction pumps, valves, connections, fittings,
and piping required. Period of Performance is 140 DANTP. NO TELEPHONE

Size standard is $7 million. The estimated procurement range is between

any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, payment, and
performance bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an
80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are
also available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The
