Wilson, Contract Specialist The Library of Congress intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement to renew a subscription with ORBIT/Questel, Inc. for the continued use and access of their database by Patent and Trademark Office, Washington, DC. Questel$Orbit provides online access to scientific, technical, chemical, and patent information from over 80 databases. Orbit offers a comprehensive collection of patent databases available online and is a leading provider of materials, energy, chemical and environmental files, online access and current awareness (SDIs) to highly specialized databases from worldwide sources such as Derwent, IFT Plenum, the European and Japanese Patent Offices. Databases cover patents, trademarks, intellectual property, sci-tech, petroleum & energy, global business and news, dial-up and Internet access. Service will be continued through September 30, 1998. WRITTEN RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE PRICES AND TECHNICAL DATA SUFFICIENT TO DETERMINE CAPABILITY. No telephone calls will be accepted.
