Services are to be rendered within the homes of VA Beneficiaries located in the California Counties of Los Angeles, Kern, Orange, San Bernardino, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. RFP 600-002-98 will issue o/a December 1, 1997 with proposals due 12/31/97.
