The work consists of essentially of mowing, cleaning, and selected maintenance services in public use areas of the project. All responsive proposals will be evaluated by utilizing the following factors: (A) Experience and Past performance; (B) Management Plan; (C) Equipment and (D) Cost. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Type, competitively negotiated. Award will be made as a whole to the offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and has been determined to be the mose advantageous to the Government all factors considered.
