The Government intends to negotiate a contract with Aydin Telemetry unless responses to this notice reveal other sources capable of satisfying the entire requirement at more favorable prices and terms. Interested firms will only be considered if they respond with clear and convincing documentation that they are capable of meeting or exceeding the requirements stated herein at a cost sufficiently more advantageous than Aydin Telmetry.
