The work includes design and construction of a 460 person Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) in compliance with the Department of Defense "1+1" Garden Style criteria for permanent party personnel. The BEQs shall be designed and constructed in such a manner as to provide for a multiple building complex using a mixture of 2 and 3 story buildings containing 230 modules with two private sleeping/living rooms, two walk-in closets, service areas, and adjoining full semi-private bath as well as a single story multi-purpose building for administration spaces, public toilets, training rooms, vending, storage, laundry, etc. The project shall also include a fire protection sprinkler system, fire detection system, mechanical and utility rooms, HVAC, utilities, paving and site improvements.
