B -- MATERIAL AND SERVICES REQUIRED TO SUPPORT AND PERFORM STUDIES AND ANALYSES RELATED TO THE AN/SPA-25G RADAR DISPLAY SOL N00024-96-G-5228 POC Contact Sarah Harrison, 703/602-7904 Ext. 563 / Contracting Officer Richard Goff, 703/602-7904 Ext. 523 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions thru 7 July 1999 under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-96-G-5228 with Sechan Electronics, Inc., 528 Furnace Hills Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Orders will be issued for materials and services required to support and perform studies and analyses related to the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1). Sechan Electronics, Inc. is currently the only manufacturer of the AN/SPA-25G Radar Display who has the design and technical knowledge to provide this effort. No other source has the experience, technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
